HOW OFTEN SHOULD GARAGE DOOR ROLLERS BE SERVICED?
It is recommenced that Nylon rollers be inspected at least once yearly.

Proper Lubrication
Make sure to lube all the moving parts and spring. This includes all the hinges and rollers.
Chain drive motors require bi-monthly lubrication, while belt drives only require lube about every 6-12 months.
We choose special non-silicon heavy duty lubricant designed especially for garage doors and operators. Penetrates frozen parts. Prevents rust, coursing and dust build up.
